Rokin Uniqlo
For the new retail premises of Uniqlo, located at the Rokin, we took care of the interior in cooperation with the contractor.
The new retail premises of Uniqlo, located at the Rokin, consists of the ground floor with entrance, and two large storeys for shoppers. During this big project, of more than 5000 square meters, several collaborating partners were present in the building. Therefore we maintained direct communication and a tight schedule, together with the contractor and the other partner’s that were present in the building.
Phased working
We worked on this special project in several phases. The demolition team was working continuously on demolishing the various spaces step by step. While at the same time, our painters and the other partners were preparing the rooms for furnishing. By keeping up with our tight and well planned schedule, we were able to use time as efficiently as possible. The painted floors were already being furnished, while the others were still being renovated.
Flexibility and planning
For this beautiful job we consistently had a team of 10 painters at work. Because of our large teams we are flexible and can easily handle sudden changes in schedules. We also complete large jobs in no-time!
