It is important that you know in advance whether you need to apply for a permit for the desired work.

Because we want to guarantee quality and craftsmanship, we make all window frames, mouldings and window parts ourselves in our own workshop. Our frames are made of mahogany. This wood has a high insulation value, which keeps the warmth in the house. In addition, wooden window frames have a unique, authentic and warm appearance.

Depending on the condition of your window frames, Groen places new windows or completely new wooden window frames. If the old window frame is still in good condition, the space where the sash weights used to be is used to place the new window frame. After placing the new window, we insulate any gaps and paint everything to give your building a neat appearance again.

Sustainable

At Groen, we use double glazing (HR++) in the tilt-and-turn windows. With this glass, your house is better insulated and therefore more sustainable for your energy costs as well as for the climate. The glass is easy to clean on the inside and the outside thanks to the mechanism of the tilt-and-turn window. In addition, you have less trouble with draughts. Double glazing also keeps out street noise better. So it is not only sustainable, but also improves your sleep!

In order to meet all your wishes regarding the appearance of the building, comfort and (extra) security, we offer a number of extra features with the tilt-and-turn windows.

Warranty

To ensure the longevity, we only work with the best materials. We guarantee the quality that we deliver and therefore offer a ten-year warranty on our window frames. This guarantee applies if, for example, window frames are not water- or windproof. We offer a five-year guarantee on glazing and a two-year guarantee on hinges and locks. This guarantee applies, for example, to condensation or dirt in the double glazing.
